This stage, started with a pre-construction services agreement (PSA), is specifically tailored to your home and your project’s needs. These services cover the essentials that translate a vision into a feasible, well-executed plan. We perform soil testing, surveys, structural engineering, and partner you with our architects to visualize and refine your custom home design. At this time we also build out a final budget breakdown and construction schedule for your new build.
