3. Project Development: This is a detailed review of the project plan, scope, payments, timelines, and logistics, with the opportunity to meet the site manager.
4. Construction Agreement: A comprehensive agreement is provided to set the terms of the project based on information gathered so far.
5. Project Management: The construction phase, which includes material ordering, scheduling, oversight, and coordination, while keeping the client updated on progress.
6. In-Process Changes: Accommodation for any desired changes by the client during construction. The agreement provides details on how these changes impact costs and timing.
7. Project Completion: Includes meticulous inspection, a final review meeting, cleanup, and a document to record any additional work that may be needed.
8. Warranty: The company provides a two-year warranty on its work and continues to be available for consultations and minor repairs during this period and beyond.
9. Enjoyment: The final step involves the client enjoying their newly constructed or remodeled space.
